1. The Service

Perify is a perimenopause symptom-tracking app for iOS, plus this website, which includes a free browser-based Menopause Rating Scale (MRS) calculator. Features and pricing may change as the product develops; we'll do our best to communicate material changes in advance.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Perify is an educational tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and the MRS score is not a diagnosis. Always discuss your symptoms and options with your own clinician before making health decisions.

3. Optional iCloud Backup

If you turn on Backup & Sync, your data is stored in your own iCloud account under Apple's terms, not ours. You're responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure, since that's what protects that backup. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Perify Pro is purchased and billed through Apple's App Store. Pricing, billing cycles, trials, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple under its own terms — we don't process payments and can't issue refunds directly. Manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID settings.

5. Acceptable Use

• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service (e.g. excessive automated requests to this website).
• Don't use the Service for anything illegal or for content that infringes on others' rights.
• The Service is not intended for use by children under 16.

6. Your Data Is Yours

Everything you log in Perify belongs to you. We don't claim any ownership over it, and — as described in our Privacy Policy — we generally don't have a copy of it to claim anything over in the first place.

7. Disclaimers / No Warranty

Perify is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perify's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

If a dispute arises, please contact us first at the address in Section 11 — we'll work in good faith to resolve it directly before either party pursues other remedies.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Perify evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
